Jeremiah 48:25-27

New International Version

²⁵ Moab’s horn^[a](A) is cut off;
    her arm^(B) is broken,”
declares the Lord.

²⁶ “Make her drunk,^(C)
    for she has defied^(D) the Lord.
Let Moab wallow in her vomit;^(E)
    let her be an object of ridicule.^(F)
27 Was not Israel the object of your ridicule?^(G)
    Was she caught among thieves,^(H)
that you shake your head^(I) in scorn^(J)
    whenever you speak of her?
